Strategic Leadership and Business Growth
For 40 years, Jim Shaw has been at the forefront of rugged electronics packaging—from pioneering mission-critical avionics at Rockwell-Collins to creating the first rugged server and leading product vision at Crystal Group for nearly two decades. Holding 13 patents, a BSME from Iowa State, and an MBA from the University of Iowa, Jim founded 810eng to partner directly with PM and engineering teams on their toughest technical problems. Having executed over 500 defense and industrial programs, his mission is simple: solve hard problems, transfer capability, and drive maximum value for client teams.
